Good Reading Online is an Australian database which helps you find something to read. It includes thousands of easy-to-read independent book reviews and author profiles as well as book trivia.
Lynda is a user-friendly online training resource. It offers a variety of expertly presented training courses, all of which are edited for accuracy. The flexibility of lyndaLibrary allows you to complete training sections at your own pace, and the site will also save your place for your return.

Public Libraries SA compilation of free online health resources. These web sites have been selected by public library staff and contain quality health information.
Access thousands of online newspapers and magazines from all over the world for free at the click of a button. You can search by country or region using multiple languages including English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.
Students can experience the thrill of being published with PK. Submissions accepted from all subject areas including short stories, poems, art, craft, reviews, musical performances, science projects and more. With interviews of popular children’s authors, sporting heroes, and of course plenty of competitions, it’s a fun and funky place for all primary school kids.
Road to IELTS is a self-study IELTS preparation course produced by the British Council to help candidates prepare for the IELTS exam.
It provides access to free online self-study materials to support IELTS General Training and IELTS Academic test preparations.

Who Else Writes Like..? is recognised as a standard work to help introduce both book borrowers and buyers to novelists whose work is unfamiliar to them. It is designed to answer the perennial question: I've read all the books by this author, who else writes like that?
Once logged in, you can simply follow the links to find an author whose books you like, and see which other writers are recommended underneath.
Who Next...? A guide to children’s authors is an interactive online tool designed to help parents, teachers and librarians in schools and public libraries to encourage children and young people to read more widely, by suggesting authors they might enjoy. The tool can be used to guide children who have already enjoyed stories by one writer to find others who write in a similar way.
Your Tutor is a free service staffed by hundreds of experts, who are waiting online between 3pm to 10pm weekdays and is accessible from any computer with a broadband connection.
Use Your Tutor as an online tool for students to seek help with homework or for questions regarding writing and formatting resumes, CV, and job applications; plus, to ask for help with literacy and numeracy - from day to day maths, to writing better emails and reports and getting a ‘second pair of eyes’ on writing.
